Software License

Grant of license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use sGPT for internal business or personal purposes, subject to these terms.

Permitted use

• Access and use the platform via the provided interface
• Create and manage AI agents for authorized purposes
• Integrate via our API where available
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws

Restrictions

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or modify proprietary notices
• Use the service to build competing products
• Share credentials with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to bypass security controls or access restrictions
• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Intellectual property

sGPT and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform and related IP. This agreement does not transfer ownership.

Your content

You retain rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

Disclaimers

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the service.

Termination

This license remains effective until terminated. If you breach these terms, your rights terminate automatically and you must cease use of the software.
